There are three generations of the Mazda RX-7, each of which contain slightly different versions of the car. The first generation was produced between 1978-1985. The second produced between 1985-1991, and the third between 1992-2002. The engine of the third generation is something worth mentioning for sure – with its sequential twin-turbochargers.
More specifically, many car enthusiasts adore the third generation Mazda RX-7. This might have something to do with the fact that the car is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. It’s also extremely light-weight but has a twin-rotor engine. Furthermore, it’s pleasing on the eye! Any cosmetic mods just enhance it further. All in all, the RX-7 is quite simply a car enthusiasts dream.
